Mr. Demir is a proffesional with over 20 years of experience in CRM, Data Analytics, Customer Experience, Contact Center, Project&Transformation Management, is currently Generel Manager of System Optima.

Throughout his career in Citibank, Iktisatbank, Akbank and Denizbank , leaded high-performance teams and transformation projects, capable of steering organizations through challenging sales, marketing and operations objectives. As a professional scrum master, he has an honor award from Sberbank CEO Herman Gref, for his distinguished achievements at large scale IT integration and process improvement.

Mr. Demir holds a BA and MBA in Business Administration from Istanbul University.
